As an Admin connected devices and IoT can be an overwhelming idea. Don’t get me wrong, it’s supercool, but how do we go about it? In this episode we talk to Andrew Haun who helped connect his equipment dealership in the middle of Nebraska to his customers. This story is amazing. Andrew was able to surprise and delight farmers in the midwest by giving his dealership the ability to proactively call customers when their tractors had alerts. Andrew used Service Cloud and the tools available to him to create a great customer experience all without code.
