He is the author of the best selling book “CRM at the speed of light: Social CRM Strategies, tools and techniques for engaging your customers. Now in its fourth edition it has been called the “bible of the CRM industry” and is used by more than 70 universities as primary text. He is the President of The 56 Group, LLC, a customer strategy consulting firm focused on cutting edge CRM strategic services and Contributor to ZDNet.
