Jennifer Phillips is a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Salesforce.com Foundation. The Salesforce.com foundation is the philanthropic arm of Salesforce.com. Jen has been involved with CRM systems and Salesforce.com from a Manager, Director, and consultant positions in her previous careers.
