This week we talk to Tim Hill, Dept Chair, Management Information Systems in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at SJSU. Tim is doing something very cool that Admins should take note of- he is integrating Salesforce into the MIS courses. In this podcast you will hear an overview of the program at San Jose State University, along with the challenges that Tim overcame. We also get a great overview of the innovative way that Tim is storification to teach students about Salesforce. As an Admin there are many nuggets of information about how we can be more involved in our community through mentoring and teaching programs. Plus I love the way that Tim is teaching his students about Salesforce- and maybe there are a few ideas you can use to train your users.
Also joining us is Lisa Tenario is the Director of Academic Programs for Developer Marketing at Salesforce. She has over 20 years of experience in higher education and recently completed her Masters in Learning and Digital Media.
