Phoebe is the Director of Engagement for the customer Success Community at Salesforce. She has 10+ years experience building employee communities at enterprise companies, corporate communications, and marketing which makes her an expert on all things community! She’s passionate about listening and serving customers, and is a really fun person to work with.
