Andres Gluecksmann is the Director of Solution Architecture & Delivery at Appirio. He has 9+ years experience with cloud CRM, and is a Salesforce MVP, and a Certified Salesforce Admin, Developer, Service & Sales Cloud Consultant. Andres is also responsible for a very influential idea on the IdeaExchange called “True to the Core“.
We are lucky enough to hear Andres talk about his motivation for this idea, and more importantly – he talks about constantly re-evaluating what “Core” means. “Core is a dynamic idea!” He said while discussing some important ideas around Chatter.
