She’s the new “face” to the Success Community and the voice of the customer back to salesforce.com. Prior to joining salesforce.com, Phoebe was Director of Enterprise Social Collaboration at ADT responsible for leading adoption, community management, engagement and communications strategies for ADT’s Chatter network. She’s nuts about comedy (Ricky Gervais, Louis C.K.), music (everything from Wu-Tang Clan to Nina Simone) and reading (Godin rocks). This Jersey girl currently lives in South Florida and can’t wait to make the move to the San Francisco Bay Area soon!
