Twas the Night Before Deployment…

‘Twas the night before Deployment, and all through the company
Not an admin was stirring, not even the new trainee.
The requirements had been built out with care,
In the hopes that St. Benioff soon would be there.

The users were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Dreamforce danced in their heads.
And I in my #awesomeadmin t-shirt and cape
Had just settled down feeling pretty great.

When out in San Francisco arose such a Chatter,
I sprang to my iPhone to see what was the matter.
Away to the internet I flew like a flash,
Opened Salesforce1 and twitter in a dash.

The glow of the Schema Builder shimmered on the snow
Gave the luster of mid-day to the Custom Objects below.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But Lightning Process Builder, and many new features to cheer!

With an iPad in his backpocket, and boisterous voice that was not soft,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Benioff.
More rapid than Lightning his directors they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!

“Now Parker! now, Alex, now, Linda and Sassy!
On, Mike! On, Suzanne! on, Keith and Chatty!
To the top of the stage, to the top of Moscone hall!
Now inspire them! Inspire them! Inspire them all!”

He spoke many words, the foundation brought cheering,
And donated food, while championing volunteering.
Donning his cloud-walkers, the patent leather glows,
And with a tap of his toes, up to the cloud he rose!

He sprang to his drone, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he flew out of sight,
“Happy Salesforce to all, and to all a Good-Night!”
