Triggers for Admins with Shannon Howe

By

This week we get some sound advice from Salesforce Certified Developer and Business Systems Analysts Shannon Howe about triggers. I know this is the ButtonClick Admin podcast, so Shannon really puts it into context how we can learn code and her advice for learning code. She also gives us some great insight into driving adoption by focusing on the user experience. And Shannon even helps me understand best practices to writing triggers, which I equate to a celebrity you may have heard of- but which one is it?

We also have a special guest co-host Heike Young from the Marketing Cloudcast podcast. Heike jumps into the co-host chair and tells us about the Marketing Cloudcast she co-hosts with Joel Book you can listen to it here.
