In a nutshell, customers generate a LOT of data. In fact, they generate 35GB of data every. Single. Second. And the problem is that it’s not easy for you to analyze that data. In fact, only 1% of customer data is ever analyzed, and of the data that is analyzed, only 29% is used to drive action. At Salesforce, we call this the customer insights gap. But whatever you call it, it’s a huge miss for anyone trying to discover more about their customers.
The good news is, data science can help bridge that gap. But the bad news is, not every company has a data scientist. And even companies that do have data scientists often find it difficult and time-consuming to analyze millions of data permutations and combinations in order to glean insights from CRM data. It can take months! And it can take even longer to figure out how to drive actions from those insights, once they’re uncovered.
Here’s where Admins come in to save the day! With our new product, Einstein Data Discovery, we are giving Admins the power to easily analyze all of that complex data.
