Each year, this is one of my favorite moments. It’s where we get to see what this community has been working on, solving, and pushing forward.
But this year feels different. We’re not just talking about new features or best practices. We’re seeing a shift in how work actually gets done. Admins are rethinking processes, collaborating in new ways, and building smarter.
And Dreamforce is where those stories come to life.
TDX made one thing abundantly clear:
Salesforce Admins have moved beyond the experimentation phase with AI. They are now actively deploying it into production environments.
From Agentforce-powered automations to end-to-end workflows that combine data, automation, and AI, the highest-rated sessions were practical, real-world solutions by real Salesforce Admins.
The strongest sessions showed not just what was built, but how it worked in the real world.
That’s the shift we’re carrying into Dreamforce.
As we move into the era of the Agentic Enterprise, the role of the Salesforce Admin continues to evolve.
Admins aren’t just implementing solutions. They’re designing how systems work together.
They’re thinking about:

We’ve kept the submission process simple: one form, one deadline. As you fill it out, there’s one field you don’t want to miss:
Primary audience
To be considered for the Admin Track, be sure to select Administrator.
A great Dreamforce submission is clear, specific, and focused on what others can learn from your experience.
Start with a strong title
Keep it under 60 characters, lead with a verb, and make it clear what admins will get. Think actionable and specific.
Make your abstract count
In just a few sentences, show the experience, not just the topic. What will attendees learn, build, or walk away with?
Bring your full pitch
Use the “Why should this session be presented?” section to explain why your story matters now, what makes it unique, and how it helps the admin community grow.
