Another year, another incredible Dreamforce- powered by you, amplified by agents! From connecting with other builders to getting sneak peeks of upcoming product releases, we are leaving energized and ready to build. Some of this year’s biggest moments came from admins bringing the Agentic Enterprise to life in the Admin Keynote.
The keynote featured Radiant Homes, a fictional smart home company that helps new homeowners choose, install, and manage their connected devices. As we added new functionality to Radiant Homes, we revealed feature announcements you won’t want to miss.
Let’s revisit the top product announcements from Dreamforce, including ones you can try now and things to get excited about.
Build Trusted AI
As admins, we’ve been waiting for tools that help us move from business need to trusted solution faster — and this year, they’re here.
Salesforce Quick Pages
The first new building experience isn’t just for admins, but for admins and permissioned users to vibe rich, single page react applications on top of your existing Data. We can unblock our power users to streamline their own workflows… without putting our org’s metadata at risk.
Builder Central
Builder Central is a new AI-powered, no-code way to build apps, agents, and experiences in minutes. And honestly- it’s an admins new best friend because it gives us a new front door for building. We can start a project in natural language, refine, troubleshoot, and deploy, all in a single experience. And it’s built on AIforce so it works with your existing data, metadata, security, and governance.
Starting the week after Dreamforce, Builder Central will be available as a beta release for customers with Agentforce enabled. That means you can turn it on and start building right away! And even better news- this is included for free (with VERY reasonable usage limits) in EVERY SINGLE org- including yours.

Deliver Trusted AI Everywhere
In the Agentic Enterprise work no longer happens in one application or in a single interface. Your users expect help wherever their work happens. But that doesn’t mean you should have to rebuild the foundation.
Agentforce Coworker
We can now turn on an out-of-the-box, autonomous AI assistant right in Lightning. End users can ask questions and get the help they need while admins are confident that Coworker will proactively reason, orchestrate tasks, and do it all with built-in governance operating within the perimeters of the logged-in user’s permissions.
The best part is that this is easy to turn on- admins can setup Agentforce Coworker in under 5 minutes and empower end users to help themselves.

Headless Experience Layer (HXL)
The Headless Experience Layer (HXL) is a major design shift for Saleforce admins- in a really good way. Admins are used to creating business processes within the CRM and then giving users access through Lightning pages. With HXL we can now build deterministic UI widgets that are rich, interactive, and best of all- connected to our data, automation, and business logic. Not only that, they work across every interface where our users work.
To get familiar with HXL, admins can try out the HXL Playground. Learn more and click around the playground in this Kate Clicks Through It episode.
Salesforce in Claude
The integration between Salesforce and Claude is one of this year’s biggest Dreamforce announcements- The excitement surrounding AIforce was everywhere you went! Salesforce in Claude allows us to continue to build, manage, and secure our orgs while also giving users new ways to interact with your organization’s data- with AI. This one’s a big deal for how we work — we can take the validation, triggers, and flows we’ve already built and expose them right in Claude.

Govern Trusted AI
Security Center Essentials
You’ve most likely heard of Security Center, but this year we had some exciting news- the release of Security Center Essentials, a centralized, no-cost dashboard that provides immediate visibility into your org’s security posture. That means no more jumping around between Setup pages or manually piecing together a picture of your org’s health. It’s all in one spot. The dashboard offers a snapshot of critical security metrics and gives us the ability to be proactive about improving our security posture- even without enhanceable products.
Turning on Security Center Essentials is easy, and you don’t need a support case. Just assign the View Security Center Pages permission and you’re in. Access it directly through the App Launcher or from Setup. To learn more and to start using this FREE feature, check out our post on the Salesforce Admins Blog.

Compliance Agent
New to Privacy Center, Compliance Agent proactively detects data privacy risks and helps you stay ahead of threats through a simple guided experience. When you open up Agentforce in Privacy Center from the AppLauncher, you immediately see results of your org’s latest privacy scan as well as issues identified by the agent. These are categorized into Recent Issues and Top Issues to Fix as well as Risk so that you can easily prioritize and take action to protect sensitive data in your Salesforce instance.
When you begin the resolution process on an issue, the agent not only provides a summary, but recommended actions to resolve the issue. You can select the one that works best for your organization, and upon saving, you immediately take action on data privacy risks in your organization.

Enhanced DSAR Policies
While we’re on the subject of data privacy, let’s take a look at how Privacy Center helps you manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). Data Privacy is an important responsibility with broad requirements that vary by region and industry. One common requirement that falls under many policies is giving data subjects the ability to access, correct, or delete their information. As admins, we need a simple way to execute on these requests and coming soon, DSAR Policies are getting a glow up.
Not only will the user interface be updated, policies will be easier to create, and you can even bring multiple policies together to create DSAR Processes. But the big enhancement- we are taking this beyond just CRM data and including more data sources. In the future your policies will be able to gather data from Data 360, Archive, Backup and Recover… all in one output. This is huge news for admins as our responsibilities expand beyond Salesforce into multiple unified data sources and as users are working across multiple different surfaces.
Transaction Security Policies Accelerator
I saved the best for last. Transaction Security Policy Accelerator is my personal favorite new feature that we shared in the Admin Keynote this year at Dreamforce.
If you are unfamiliar with Transaction Security Policies, here is a quick overview. Transaction Security Policies are a part of Salesforce Shield’s Event Monitoring and they allow you to react in real-time to be alerted when risky activities occur in your org or even block them from happening at all.
If you have already been using TSPs, I don’t have to tell you that leveraging these policies required building security policies from scratch—either by writing complex Apex code or configuring multi-step conditions in Setup. The new TSP Accelerator package makes this super easy- we already made the list of the most requested policies so now you don’t have to dream them up yourself! And it’s fast- the policies are prebuilt, so you can deploy the ones you want in your org. This makes it easy to level up your security and get more proactive right away.

Use your Admin Advantage to Bring the Agentic Enterprise to Life
This year’s Dreamforce gave us a lot to take in, but if we step back, the story is simple: we’re being asked to build, deliver, and govern trusted AI — and we now have the tools to do all three.
The agentic enterprise isn’t one big feature we flip on. It’s a foundation we’ve been building for years — our data models, our security, our automation, our governance — finally getting the AI layer on top that lets it scale.
And that’s exactly why there has never been a more exciting time to be a Salesforce admin. The role is evolving past configuring a single CRM into orchestrating trusted, intelligent experiences across every surface where work happens. The good news? We already have the expertise that matters most. Understanding data, security, and business processes has always been our superpower — and those are the exact skills the agentic enterprise runs on. The tools are here. The foundation is ours. Now let’s go build!
