Who is an #AwesomeAdmin?

We know a lot about what it means to be a Salesforce Admin, and how to become an #AwesomeAdmin, but who are they? You are! We’ve been lucky to meet many Salesforce Admins who have had amazing experiences and career growth and inspire us every day. Admin Stories is our way to share your story.

I think you’ll find a story that speaks to you and helps you realize you are an #AwesomeAdmin. Maybe you’re an accidental Admin like Drew, who was a rodeo rider about to start law school when he discovered how much he liked using Salesforce. Perhaps you’re more like Shonnah, who saw Salesforce as a way to empower her end users and now she’s empowering her community with #Trailhead4All. Or maybe you’re like Samantha, who realized Salesforce could help bring out her passion for solving puzzles.

From making huge career transitions to transforming businesses, Salesforce Admins accomplish incredible things. Each one of these Admins is a curious, tenacious problem solver who is generous enough to share their story with the community. I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed gathering them!

Multi-agent orchestration is how you fix that: […]

Automate Your Back Office with Agentforce Operations

As a Salesforce Admin, you and your business users are probably familiar with back-office processes you would love to automate.
