Dreamforce 2025 Admin Track Call for Participation

The Dreamforce 2025 Admin Track Call for Participation Is Open!

By

Dreamforce 2025 is your stage. Join us in San Francisco (and on Salesforce+) this October 14-16, where we’ll spotlight the most innovative, thoughtful, and trailblazing Salesforce Admins in the world. If you’ve got ideas, lessons, or real-world stories that can help admins grow, we want to hear from you!

The Admin Track at Dreamforce 2025 is the platform for admins to deliver and absorb engaging, actionable, and memorable content that helps them become awesome Salesforce Admins, drive success for their businesses, and showcase their creative solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce Platform features.

The Dreamforce Call for Participation is open now and will remain open until Friday, May 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific.

For those of you who are new to speaking or have never attended Dreamforce before, never fear—as long as you’re passionate and knowledgeable, you’ll be fine! We love first-time speakers and provide a great deal of support as you get ready for the Dreamforce stage, including a wonderful Public Speaking Skills module on Trailhead.

There are a limited number of admin nominations that we can bring to life at Dreamforce 2025. Don’t be down if you aren’t selected this year; we have a variety of other events and joint marketing opportunities where we could highlight you. And, as always, feel empowered to share your learnings and tips in the Trailblazer Community.

Let’s talk about the submission process

We’ve made it simple. There’s one form for everyone and one open and close date for everyone. When submitting, it’s best to pay close attention to the values you choose because this one form collects information for a lot of different areas of the Dreamforce experience. I won’t cover all the fields, but I do want to highlight one key field and the value you should choose so that your submission is viewed for the Admin Track.

Who is the primary audience for your content? This is a single-select field located about halfway down the form. To be considered for the Admin Track, be sure to select Administrator.

What makes a good Dreamforce proposal?

Let’s start with the title. Your proposed session title should clearly capture what Salesforce Admins will learn or experience—ideally under 60 characters. Be specific, start with a verb, and, if applicable, mention the product you’re covering. Dreamforce attendees are choosing from hundreds of sessions, so make yours stand out with a clear, action-oriented title like “Explore Flow Builder to Automate Sales Tasks.”

Next up: the abstract. This short paragraph (max. 200 characters) is your public-facing description. Don’t just summarize your slide deck—show us the experience. What will you build or demo? Will you lead a hands-on activity or spark a critical discussion? Share what attendees will take back to their teams. Be direct, highlight WIIFM (what’s in it for me), and include relevant products or tools.

Finally, the “Why should this session be presented at Dreamforce?” field is your open letter to the review team. Use your 1,000-character limit to explain why this topic matters now, what unique perspective you bring, and how this session will elevate the admin community. This is not the place for vague statements like “admins need to know this”—bring your full pitch energy. And if you have more than one idea, submit each one separately to give them their best chance to shine.

Session details

When choosing your session format, we recommend submitting for Breakout (45 minutes) or Theater (20 minutes) sessions—these are the most likely to be included in the Admin Track at Dreamforce.

While other formats like Campfires, Workshops, Hands-on Trainings, or Roundtables may appear in the form, we can’t guarantee Admin Track allocations for them. If you have a great idea that could flex between formats, feel free to note that in your submission, but prioritizing Breakout or Theater will give your proposal the best chance to land.

Breakout sessions are held in dedicated session rooms with seats. Breakout sessions allow you, the speaker, to dive deeper into a topic because the 45-minute time block gives you more time to cover it. This format also allows audience members to engage with the speaker and ask questions. Breakout sessions can be scheduled at any time during the Dreamforce event hours and throughout the Dreamforce campus; however, we do our best to keep Salesforce Admin sessions in the same location.

Theater sessions are held in the Admin Theater or in related theaters nearby. Dreamforce attendees are free to walk up and listen to your session or take a seat in the audience. Theater sessions are shorter in length—they’re 20-minute blocks and often center around topics that are easy for Salesforce Admins to engage with. Theater sessions are best for quick, fast-paced topics. Because you’re presenting in an open theater, a strong format is to share actionable items for admins to learn in a short time period.

Suggested topics for admins

We’re looking for engaging, skill-building sessions that help Salesforce Admins build and manage trusted solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Core Platform. Whether you’re focused on configuration, support, or optimization, your session should empower admins to grow their careers and deliver impact across the five core responsibilities: users, security, data, analytics, and product. Bring your real-world use cases, best practices, and lessons learned. We want sessions that inspire and equip admins to lead with confidence in today’s Agentforce-powered enterprise landscape.

Note that this call for participation is aimed at sessions focusing on tools and technologies, by admins, for admins—show us the Setup Menu!

What to expect after you submit

Once you submit your proposal, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After the CFP closes, our core team will review submissions to curate a balanced mix of valuable content for admins at all experience levels.

We’ll notify all submitters by the published deadlines. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, creativity, and community spirit. If your session is selected, prepare for a journey! From submission to stage, you can expect:

  • Regular check-ins with the Admin Relations team
  • Content revisions and feedback cycles
  • Required rehearsals to help you shine on stage
  • A complimentary Dreamforce pass for confirmed speakers

If you have questions, please refer to the CFP FAQ linked in the submission portal.
