Manage your account in your Salesforce org

Yes, you read that headline correctly — you can now manage your account within your Salesforce org with Summer ’21! Your Account is now available for Salesforce Admins. It’s a one-stop shop where you can better understand and manage user licenses, add new licenses and products, update your account information, access your account team, and get help. In 234, you can now view and download your invoices, payments, and cred memos! This will be a huge time-saver, enabling you to have all the information you need about your Salesforce account within your org. No more having to search inboxes or track notes outside of Salesforce.

You can access Your Account by using the Lightning App Launcher or looking under Setup.

New interface of Your Account homepage.

Once you’re in Your Account, you can add more licenses and products, view your contracts (including details like renewal status), update your billing details, and view your invoice history (including payments and credits). You can also see who your account contact is and create a case if you need assistance right within the Your Account experience.
