You may be thinking, “Hey, I’ve already completed some Trailhead modules… Doesn’t that prove my expertise and show I’m an #AwesomeAdmin?”
Well, here’s the scoop. Trailhead modules give you step-by-step instruction in bite-sized learning chunks as well as interactive challenges through which you test your knowledge.
But a superbadge gives you a business case scenario with different pieces of information woven into a story. It’s then up to you to identify the business need and create the solution through a series of hands-on challenges in a Trailhead Playground, which are instantly validated once you complete them.
Complete the superbadge and you’ll earn a resume-worthy credential proving your competency in the specific skill.
Each superbadge can take from 4 to 12 hours to complete, assuming you’ve already built up an understanding of the specific domain. Before you start, you’ll need to complete some prerequisites to confirm you’ve grasped the core concepts. Then, you’ll be ready to put what you’ve learned into practice.
