Don’t be Afraid to ask Questions with Alan Thomas Payne

By

This week Gillian and LeeAnne take over the podcast for our second interview in Germany! That’s right, the podcast has gone international and they talk to Alan Thomas Payne, solo admin. Alan is a long time listener of the podcast and shares with us how he is overcoming cultural differences with his users to help them succeed with Salesforce by asking more questions. If you are an Admin with international users this episode is for you! Or if you are an admin who needs help getting users out of their shell, Thomas has some great advice.

And even though we are across the pond, we still sneak in a great lightning round question!
