  • LoE (Level of Effort) – “What’s it gonna take to get this Done”, Timeline & Resource Plan to delivery the scope
  • Project Objective – Broad success criteria e.g. “Deliver a CRM system that is fit for purpose”
  • Success Criteria (Measurable) – e.g. “Reduce the average processing time by 45%”
  • Assumptions – e.g. “No Apex or Visualforce Pages will be required”
  • Roles – types of people
  • UAT – user acceptance testing

The Process (Sequentially)

  • Why are we here? – meeting background
  • The “Baseline” – what is going on today?
  • What’s  NOT working? – paint points to solve for..
  • What IS WORKING Well? — stuff not to break
  • The “Big Picture”  — Who, What & When  (-How)
