Tim has been with Salesforce for almost three years and is the product manager for the In-App Guidance and Admin Success teams. He's passionate about providing a world-class unified platform experience that's easy to use, flexible, and feature-rich. He's also very excited about the incredible power and productivity of the In-App Guidance and Learning platform that is helping to reduce change management costs for admins, partners, and Salesforce and drive adoption success. When he isn’t in the office, you might find him hiking, biking, or relaxing in the Bay Area with his family.
