We’ll show you how you can use the full power of the Salesforce Platform to drive impact at your company, in your career, and in your communities. You’ll see live demos of the latest features in action, learn practical tips from your peers, and leave with the insight and inspiration to blaze your trail with Salesforce.

This year, the Admin Track has 149 theater and breakout sessions! Twenty-minute theater and forty-minute breakout sessions allow you to access the very best knowledge that your #AwesomeAdmin peers have to share. Expect to take in best practices, tips, and plenty of inspiration. And there’s something for everyone, no matter which topics you’re passionate about!
We have sessions for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) across all features and topics: Lightning, Change Management & Adoption, Process Automation, Reports & Dashboards, Security, Data Quality, Einstein, Mobile, Einstein Analytics, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Integration Cloud (including MuleSoft).

While most of the Admin Track breakout sessions will be on the 2nd floor of Moscone West, we’ll also have Admin breakout sessions at the Hilton that we’re working on having a cool theme around. More on that as we get closer to Dreamforce.
To find these sessions, select Roles in the left navigation and check Salesforce Administrator to see all sessions tagged for Admins. If you can’t be there in person, join us online! Follow Salesforce Admins on Twitter and Facebook to get notified when we live-stream from the Admin Theater.
The Admin Meadow, located in the Trailhead Zone, is the home base for Admins during Dreamforce. Join us to get your questions answered by on-site Salesforce experts, learn tips and tricks from fellow Admins, and generally nerd out about Salesforce.
Visit six demo stations that cover some of the most important topics for Admins like Automation, Lightning Experience, Adoption & Onboarding, and Reports and Dashboards. Each station will be staffed by Admins like you who know their stuff and love to help others learn!
NEW this year: 1:1 Consultation Station in the Admin Zone. Salesforce Admins have the ability to sign up for a 20-minute 1:1 consult with knowledgeable Salesforce professionals.
