This week I had a chance to sit down with the incredibly smart Alex Sutherland. Now for those of you in the developer community you may already know of Alex, but for some of us Admins he can be new. Alex is wicked smart and shares with us his key to how Salesforce Admins can manage sandboxes and migrate users to the new Lightning Experience.
Alex joined the Salesforce community over 10 years ago, starting as a call center user and eventually becoming a developer and technical architect on the Salesforce platform. Alex is from the greater Philadelphia, PA area, and has been a leader in local user groups since his early days in the Salesforce community. Alex has also been a passionate participant in the Salesforce IdeaExchange since its’ inception, and is the creator of some of the most popular ideas of all time on the Salesforce platform. These days Alex spends most of his time helping enterprise customers customize Salesforce with the team at CRM Science, but in his “spare” time he collaborates with other Salesforce AppExchange and consulting partners in the Salesforce Partner Community, shares Salesforce news and info on Twitter ( @apexsutherland ), and mentors military veterans learning about Salesforce in the VetForce community.
