I became a Salesforce Admin because I already had CRM experience using another platform, and I was a part of our company’s transition to a new system. Upon seeing how user-friendly Salesforce was, I knew that this platform was the one that I wanted to start using.
What is the most important skill for an Admin?
Admins have to be resourceful. Know how to find answers to questions from your users and find out different ways to solve problems.
What’s your advice to other Admins?
Everyone should get involved in the Salesforce community, both online and with local user groups. So many people have so much knowledge to share, and they are excited to share it with you. Chances are that someone has already found the answer to the question you have in your head, so ask someone!
