Winter ’21 Release Features Salesforce Admins Are Tweeting About

By

Winter ’21 is here, and #AwesomeAdmins are bringing the excitement to social media. And why not? This release is packed with so many incredible tools and brand new features to help you champion productivity and deliver innovation.

In case you missed it, we’ve shared our Learn MOAR Winter ’21 highlights and trailmix. But, we’re even more excited to hear from you about your highlights. Take a look at what #AwesomeAdmins are saying about the Winter ’21 features they’re most excited for:

Email templates

Toni Szafranski shares her enthusiasm over Lightning Email Templates, first and foremost. Lightning Email Templates enable you to create email templates in Salesforce using a modern and sleek drag-and-drop builder, with no code necessary. Penelope Gatlin shared the same feelings, even giving a shoutout to SteveMo. ? Certainly something to pop the confetti about!

Automation

Janet Elliott kicked off the conversation about automation updates by sharing her experience with Flow Canvas ‘Auto-Layout Mode.’ Greg Grothaus jumped in the thread to tell us that he’s used auto-layout and that it “brings some order to the chaos.”

#AwesomeAdmin Amnon Kruvi was intrigued by auto-layout, and let us know we were hitting some solid home runs with all things Flow!

And like most admins, Michelle Hansen couldn’t choose just one thing to share (because they’re all simply. too. awesome). She’s excited about alllllll the Flow goodness but also gave an honorable mention to Dynamic Forms. Solid choices, Michelle! We have a hard time choosing, too.

Speaking of Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Actions, there was plenty of anticipation for them as well!

Dynamic Forms and Actions

Melinda Smith used caps AND a gif to tell us how elated she, Amy Oplinger-Singh, and the TwoWIT podcast all were for Dynamic Forms and Actions. We couldn’t agree more, Melinda!

Sarah Pilzer jumped into the conversation to let us know that she is “pretty psyched for Dynamic Actions on record pages.”

And, of course, it wouldn’t be an #AwesomeAdmin conversation on Twitter without MOAR gifs! We agree with you, Squire Kershner and Bill Powell — game-changing feature releases are well worth the excitement!

And last but not least, Aleks weighed in with the opinion of the Akron, Ohio Administrator’s Group. They all agreed that Lightning Page Performance Analysis is a wonderful addition.

So while you explore all the shiny, new features packed into this latest release, be sure to learn as much as you can about them by taking the Learn MOAR Winter ’21 Admin Trailmix. Complete it by October 30, 2020, to earn a special community badge on your Trailhead profile and be entered for a chance to win one of five cert vouchers! Restrictions apply. See Official Rules for details.

Don’t forget to let us and your fellow admins know what features you’re loving, and how you’re using them, on Twitter with hashtag #AwesomeAdmin.
