Inspire Your Peers’ Careers by Sharing Your #AwesomeAdmin Advice

By

Let’s start this decade by continuing the spirit of Ohana that has made our community so amazing. Connecting and giving back are two of the core ways #AwesomeAdmins thrive in their careers every single day! In fact, we’ve written about it in the past: Awesome Admins Rocked The Salesforce World Tour New York, Tips and Resources on Adoption from the Awesome Admin Community, Five Things Salesforce Admins Can Do To Help Other Admins.

We all know someone who gave us advice when we were starting out as an #AwesomeAdmin, or who helped us when we faltered, or guided us towards our goals again and again. So let’s start the decade filled with awesome advice from our peers by paying it forward and sharing our collective knowledge.

Let’s Get Started!

Here’s what we’re going to do (and yes, there are prizes involved):

1.Check us out on Twitter

2. We’ll pose a question and invite you to respond with your best advice (you can do that now, starting with this tweet). You’ll need to reply with your advice and include #AwesomeAdmin and #sweepstakes in your answer to be entered for a chance to win

3. Look out for tweets from LeeAnne Rimel, Marc Baizman, Mike Gerholdt and more who will be asking about advice on specific topics, too! Any response to them counts as long as you include #AwesomeAdmin and #sweepstakes

4. Keep tweeting until January 31, 2020 11:59 pm PST, sharing your advice with the #AwesomeAdmin Twitterverse. You can share to enter up to three times per day to be entered to win a prize pack!

5. On Feb 5, 2020 we’ll choose 10 winners for a prize pack and send you a Twitter DM to let you know if you won

6. Your tweets will continue to inspire and advise #AwesomeAdmins everywhere!

After January 31, 2020, we will be compiling all of what is bound to be *highly valuable* advice. Sharing it first as a Twitter Moment, and then in other ways that will help Admins, especially new Admins, gain key insights as they embark on their career journeys.

So, let’s celebrate #AwesomeAdmins, and keep the tradition going strong into 2020!

Use Agentforce Vibes to Find and Fix Metadata Gaps

It’s tempting after seeing an Agentforce demo to want to immediately start building an agent in your org. The reality is there’s a step before configuration: making the metadata make sense. Why? Metadata gives Agentforce the context and structure it needs to understand and interact with your data accurately.  But reviewing all your metadata can […]

How to Find Your First Agentforce Use Case

Your first Agentforce use case does not need to transform the entire company. That was one of the clearest takeaways from my Salesforce Admins Podcast conversation with Kacie Molina. It’s easy to leave an Agentforce demo thinking you need to invent one big, impressive agent. A better place to begin is with a small problem […]

Post-Meeting Voice Notes: What Admins Need to Know

If you’ve already enabled the In-Person Meeting Assistant, you’ve solved the problem of capturing live meeting transcripts.
